Coin-du-Banc beach

Le Musée de la Gaspésie
The art and history center of the Gaspé Peninsula by excellence. Its permanent exhibition, “At the Confluence of Worlds,” introduces visitors to the Gaspé Peninsula through the people who built it. The museum also offers a wide range of fascinating and diversified seasonal exhibitions.
Micmacs Interpretation Center
The Native American community, descendants of the Micmac, founded an interpretive center, museum and shop dedicated to the region’s Indigenous culture.
*Excellent interpretive centers and historical exhibitions can also be seen in the Forillon National Park.

Enjoy the excellent food and various shows offered on the side bar during the summer, in addition to many performances of famous artists in the theater adjacent. They serve excellent gaspesian beer from micro-brewery Pit Caribou, which is located next door. Great atmosphere guaranteed!
Auval Brewery
In the 1930s, an agricultural school was founded on the site. It closed its doors in 1961. In the 2000s, a cooperative took over the management of the land to revive the area’s agricultural heritage. In 2015, the Auval Brewery settled there with the desire to develop a farm-brewery by growing some of its own raw materials, including berries, honey, and certain heirloom grains.
