Reservation and policy

To book with us, simply fill out the form above and we will call you back to complete the reservation or write to email camping@teteindien.com, or call 450-525-1381 (Leave a message). In any case, we will help you choose the site that suits you best.

• High season from July 1 to August 31
• The customer must pay the full amount when making the reservation, by credit card;
• A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction has been completed, in order to confirm the stay.

Reservation policy for the rental of a TRAILER and CHALETS C1 and C2:

• 2 adults, 2 children maximum, or 4 adults maximum
• No refund will be made in the event of a cancellation
• Arrival time from 3:00 pm – departure time Noon
• Pets are not accepted in the ready-to-camp.

Modalities of modifications

• Modification fees of $5 (+taxes) will be requested for any modification of the reservation.
• No refund will be granted for a late arrival or a departure before the end of the stay for reasons beyond the Camping de la Tête d’Indien;
• Any customer who does not show up after their scheduled arrival date without notifying the campsite management will have their reservation canceled and the site may be re-rented;

For a cancellation:

• 30 days or more before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount will be refunded except for administrative and reservation fees;
• Between 15 and 30 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded except for administrative and reservation costs;
• Less than 15 days before the arrival date: no refund.
• We don’t like to charge fees to our customers, but we cannot control the weather or other unforeseen circumstances preventing you from coming to see us. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and conditions

• Arrival time of campers 2 p.m. (2:00 p.m.).
• Departure time 12:00 pm (Noon)
• Curfew: 10:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• For sites near the woods or in the woods, fires are permitted or not depending on the Sopfeu index and the direction of the campsite.
• It is forbidden to make fires or make noise after 11:00 p.m., we invite awareness and respect for others.
• Please do not impose your music on others.
• This campsite is for people wishing to have peace and enjoy nature.
• Maximum speed of 8km/h.
• Please dogs on leash at all times & needs picked up. Prolonged barking cannot be tolerated for the common good.
• A card identifying the vehicle, the departure date and the lot number will be given to you. It will be important to keep that card on the dashboard of your vehicle because it tells us that you are a customer with us.
