Reservation and policy

To book your stay with us, simply fill out the form above and we will call you back to complete the reservation.
You can also contact us by email at camping@teteindien.com or by phone at 450-525-1381 (please leave a message).
Whichever method you choose, we’ll be happy to help you select the campsite that best fits your needs.

• • High Season: July 1 to August 31

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete to confirm your stay.

Cancellation Policy

• • 30 days or more before the arrival date: 100% refund, minus a $15 administrative fee.

  • 15 to 29 days before the arrival date: 50% refund, minus a $15 administrative fee.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.

We don’t enjoy charging cancellation fees, but unfortunately, we can’t control the weather or unexpected events that may affect your plans. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservation Policy – Trailer, Chalets C1 & C2, and Glamping Unit

• • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: by 12:00 p.m. (noon)

  • No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation.

  • Pets are not allowed in Ready-to-Camp units.

General Conditions

  • Quiet hours: 10:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

  • Maximum speed on-site: 8 km/h

This campground is intended for guests seeking peace and a close connection to nature.
Please respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all:

• • Music and movies must be enjoyed with headphones.

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times, and waste must be picked up.

  • Dogs are not allowed in communal buildings (welcome office, washrooms, Ready-to-Camp units).

  • Persistent barking cannot be tolerated and may result in eviction.

  • Campfires near or in wooded areas are subject to SOPFEU fire index restrictions and management approval.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a vehicle tag indicating your site number and departure date. Please display this tag on your dashboard at all times—it helps us identify you as a registered guest.
